The wallpaper factory has been located at the same site in Gruiten since 1886. The premises offer a fascinating insight into the history of wallpaper as a product and the wealth of experience that has been accumulated since that time.
After we became the first company in Europe to introduce digital printing for borders in 2001, fundamental changes have taken place in terms of the product and how we use it: it’s still wallpaper!
In 2005, we were the first company to introduce digitally printed wallpaper. Our capabilities enabled us to create a unique product, which we still produce today.
Since 1886 and from 2001 to the present day, we have learned about all aspects of wallpaper printing and accumulated a wealth of expertise. Nevertheless, we continue to learn new things every day. Constant development has been one of the constants throughout all these years.
With traditional euro rolls, 30-50% of material is lost between the manufacturer and the end customer due to excess stock, leftovers, unsellable overproduction, and excess quantities for the customer. Digital printing and our handling methods reduce this waste rate to 3-5%. It doesn’t get any more sustainable than that!

BASIC
Unser Basic-Material erhält in der Produktion eine leichte Struktur, die unter anderem dafür sorgt, dass es sich hochwertig anfühlt, optisch einen speziellen Tapetencharakter erhält und sich optimal und einfach tapezieren lässt.
WELLTOUCH
Unsere Welltouch-Variante ist ein naturbelassenes, offenes Tapetenvlies mit besonders hochwertiger Optik. Neben der Standardbedruckung kann dieses Material auch mit einer alternativen Digitaldrucktechnik verarbeitet werden, die eine kratzfestere und unempfindlichere Oberfläche ermöglicht – ideal für stärker beanspruchte Einsatzbereiche. Wir beraten Sie gerne zu den passenden Optionen.
VINYL
Vinyl ist ein Standard-Material der Tapeten-Industrie. Damit sind Eigenschaften möglich, die normale Vliese nicht haben. Das Material ist strapazierfähiger und die Optik spezifisch. Unser Vinyl ist auf einem 130 g/m² Vliesträger kaschiert, sodass die Handhabung so einfach ist, wie bei unseren anderen Tapeten. Durch den Druck „oben drauf“ ist auch dort jedes Motiv möglich und im Ergebnis entspricht es der von Vinyl-Tapeten gewohnten Qualität.
SILVER
Ein Star in unserem Sortiment. Silver ermöglicht mit seiner edlen silbernen Oberfläche metallische Effekte jeder Art. So können durch bestimmte Colorierung auch Gold– und Kupfertöne umgesetzt werden. Tapete lebt auch von der Materialität. Wenn das Motiv einen besonderen Effekt und ein besonderes Material erfordern, kann unser Silver genau das Richtige dafür sein.
EYERIS
Das Material für unsere Hologram-Tapete ist für ausgefallene Effekte geeignet. Aber wo es passt hinterlässt es bleibenden Eindruck. In seiner Grundform handelt es sich um ein changierendes Material. Dadurch, dass wir das ursprünglich glatte Material in der weiteren Verarbeitung mit einer Struktur versehen ergibt sich eine außergewöhnliche Lichtbrechung. Je nach Beleuchtung ergeben sich immer wieder neue Effekte und Reize. Durch den irisierenden Effekt verändern sich Farben und Motiv je nach Lichteinfall und Position. Damit kann man Akzente setzen, die man normalerweise von Tapete nicht erwartet.
STARDUST
Stardust ist ist ein ähnlich aussergewöhnliches Material wie Silver und ermöglicht mit seinem seidigen Schimmer edelste Effekte ohne dabei aufdringlich zu werden. Das Stardust-Material ist mit einem Perlmutt-Effekt ausgestattet. Es kann das „besondere“ an einer Idee oder einem Motiv unterstreichen ohne sich in den Vordergrund zu drängen. Ein sehr edles Material für außergewöhnliche Anwendungen. Besondere Gestaltungen verlangen oft besondere Materialien…

How long does production take?Wie lange dauert die Produktion?
Our delivery times depend on the quantity and size of the wallpaper. We generally have a delivery time of approximately 10 business days. Upon consultation, we will be happy to accommodate your desired delivery date.
Which paste should I use?
We recommend using specially developed brand-name adhesives for non-woven wallpaper. Our product has been tested with Henkel’s “Metylan direct” paste. For more information, please refer to the processing instructions.
What resolution should the print data have?
We recommend a minimum pixel size of 1000px x 1000px per square meter for good print quality. We are happy to check in advance whether your image is suitable for high-quality wallpaper printing.
Is the wallpaper fire-resistant certified?
Our wallpapers have fire safety certification in accordance with EN 13501-1: B-s1, d0. We will be happy to send you the certification upon request.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 2-3 business days with our selected shipping provider. We also offer express shipping as an option. Deliveries to packing stations or abroad are also possible. We will be happy to send you the estimated shipping costs on request.
How much does the wallpaper cost?
Our wallpapers are always calculated in square meters. The price per square meter depends on the material and size of the project. We would be happy to provide you with a customized quote upon request.
